LiTaO3/Al2O3陶瓷复合材料的韧化机理

摘 要: LiTaO3/Al2O3陶瓷复合材料具有广阔的发展和应用前景。对其第二相LiTaO3的断裂行为及增韧机理进行探讨,对LiTaO3/Al2O3陶瓷复合材料不同制备工艺进行韧化分析。结果表明:LiTaO3压电陶瓷颗粒能够与Al2O3陶瓷基体稳定共存,并能起到较好的增韧作用。获得最佳性能合适的制备工艺是目前的研究趋势。

Title: Toughening mechanism of LiTaO3/Al2O3 ceramic composites

Abstract: LiTaO3/Al2O3 ceramics composites have wide development and application prospect. Based on the second phase LiTaO3 fracture behavior and toughening mechanism, the paper probed into LiTaO3/Al2O3 ceramics composite material preparation technology of different toughening mechanism. The result shows that particle LiTaO3 piezoelectric ceramic can stably coexist with Al2O3 substrate , and can better play toughening role. To get the best performance of suitable techniques of preparation is current research trend.
