关于SiO2的太赫兹谱规律的理论分析

摘 要: 介绍一些关于物质的光谱分析方法、太赫兹(terahertz, THz)电磁波的基本知识和THz技术的特型。并根据SiO2晶体的简化模型,利用量子力学关于转动能量的计算结果,代入晶体参数,计算SiO2晶体转动能级的差值,与日本仙台理研(RIKEN Sendui)提供的SiO2晶体在太赫兹波段的光谱图进行分析对比,计算值与实验图谱中峰值间隔相吻合,从而从半经典的角度合理地解释了其THz光谱规律的成因。

Abstract: This paper introduced the spectrum analysis method, the fundamental theory of terahertz (THz), and the identity of THz technique, and used some rotational level results in quantum mechanics to calculate the rotational level of SiO2 crystal with the classic model; and then compared the results with the SiO2 spectrum in THz wave band which was provided by RIKEN Sendai. It could be found that the results fitted well with the intervals between peaks. So it can explain the law of SiO2 spectrum in THz wave band.
