助磨剂对水泥力学性能的影响

摘 要: 基于石家庄地区附近水泥原材料的特点,在国内外水泥助磨剂的研究基础上,采用正交设计方法配制出4种早强型液体水泥助磨剂,并针对这几种配方对水泥物理力学性能影响进行试验研究,探讨不同成分的液体水泥助磨剂对水泥性能及水泥胶砂试件的抗压强度、抗折强度的影响,以便获得助磨效果好、能耗低、生产效率高的早强型液体水泥助磨剂。分析结果表明水泥助磨剂能够显著改善水泥质量。

Abstract: On the basis of the research on cement grinding aids both at home and abroad, based on the characteristics of cement raw materials around Shijiazhuang, this paper confected four kinds of early-strength type liquid cement grinding aids by orthogonal design method, and conducted tests for cement physical mechanics performance impact of these formulas, discussed the influence of heterogeneity liquid grinding aid for the compressive and breaking strength of the cement gel sand specimens, so that the early-strength type liquid cement grinding aid with good-effect, low-energy-consumption and high-efficiency could be obtained. The results indicate that, the cement grinding aids can significantly improve the quality of the cement.
