动态加载单边裂纹板起裂的能量需求

摘 要: 在单边裂纹板的裂纹面上施加不同幅值的阶跃动态荷载并进行有限元分析,计算得到动态应力强度因子的时间历程。利用孕育时间准则确定起裂时间。存在一个最大起裂时间,它对应着荷载幅值的最小值。起裂时荷载传递给裂纹板的能量随着起裂时间的增长而减小,在最大起裂时间处取得最小能量值。将中心裂纹板与单边裂纹板动态起裂的情况进行比较。分析不同裂纹长度对最大起裂时间、最小荷载以及最小能量的影响。

Title: Energy required for crack initiation of single-edge cracked plate subjected to dynamic loading

Abstract: Finite element analyses are performed for a single edge cracked plate where crack surfaces are subjected to step dynamic loads with different amplitudes. By calculation, the paper obtains the time history of stress intensity factor. The fracture initiation time can be determined by using incubation time criterion. There exists a maximum fracture initiation time corresponding to the minimum of the load amplitude. The energy transmitted to the cracked plate by the load decreases as the fracture initiation time increases. The minimum energy is obtained in the minimum load amplitude. Comparison is made between central cracked plate and single-edge cracked plate of dynamic fracture initiation. The effect of different crack lengths on maximum fracture initiation time, minimum load and minimum energy of single-edge cracked plate on dynamic fracture are analyzed.
