大体积混凝土二维温度场仿真的动态可视化

摘 要: 为提高大体积混凝土仿真的效果和计算结果的可用性,促进大体积混凝土仿真研究的进一步深入,有必要对仿真的动态图形显示方法进行研究。给出大体积混凝土有限元仿真中温度场的计算方法,简要介绍OpenGL和脚本语言Python,给出温度场仿真计算及其动态显示流程图,利用Python编制使用OpenGL进行模型动态显示的代码。结合Fortran语言编制的温度场计算程序,对龙滩水电站碾压混凝土重力坝某挡水坝段进行施工期和运行期的二维温度场仿真计算和动态显示,并展示了截取的温度场动态显示彩色云图。初步实现了大体积混凝土二维温度场仿真的动态可视化,可以全面直观展现温度场的变化情况,并可以方便地扩展为对位移场、应力场的动态可视化。

Title: Dynamic visualization of two-dimensional temperature field simulation of mass concrete

Abstract: In this paper, the method of dynamic visualization of temperature field in mass concrete simulation is focused in order to further improve the effectiveness of mass concrete simulation and the availability of computational results and to promote the further study of simulation. The finite element simulation method of the temperature field computation is given. OpenGL and scripting language Python are briefly introduced. The flow charts of the temperature field simulation and the dynamic display are given. The codes used for dynamic display are scripted in Python and OpenGL. Combined with the computational program scripted by Fortran language for temperature field computation, the programs are applied to a retaining section of Longtan roller compacted concrete (RCC) gravity dam in order to obtain the dynamic visualization of the two dimensional temperature field simulation results in the construction period and operation period. Several figures intercepted during the dynamic display process are exhibited. The dynamic visualization of two dimensional temperature field simulation of mass concrete is initially achieved. The change process of temperature field can be displayed intuitively and comprehensively. And the dynamic visualization method can easily be extended to the displacement field, stress field and so on.
