引信安全系统再保险功能初探

摘 要: 从提高安全性和减少误毁伤出发,研究在弹药攻击出现异常的情况下,以隔爆机构为核心实现引信由待发状态回复至安全状态的再保险功能。详细论述引信安全系统再保险功能及其作用原理,并提出引信安全系统再保险功能的实现方案。方案中的隔爆机构采用滑块式隔爆机构,由一体化结构实现。最后对提出的方案进行可行性分析,理论分析方案可行。

Title: Preliminary study on re-safety function of fuze’s safety system

Abstract: For the needs of higher safety and less misdamage, the re-safety function that makes the fuzes change from armed state into safety state through the slider interrupter mechanism under abnormal conditions is studied. The re-safety function and its principle are discussed, and the implement scheme is proposed, too. The slider interrupter mechanism is used in the design; it is an integrated structural design. Finally,the feasibility analysis is conducted on the proposals, and theoretical analysis shows that it’s feasible.
