双级混合制冷剂天然气液化循环的分析

摘 要: 针对一种双级混合制冷剂(double-stage mixture refrigerant,DMR)天然气液化(liquefied natural gas,LNG)循环进行流程的模拟以及分析。此流程不仅具有较高的热效率,而且循环中最大程度地减少了气液相制冷剂的分离,因而具有操作运行简便的特点。分析结果表明:压缩机非等温不可逆压缩过程产生的损失占了大部分,达到65.59%,而由于制冷剂中各组分的合理搭配,在冷箱中冷热流换热温差很小,因此换热引起的损失只占19.51%,节流部分的损失为14.9%,减少不可逆压缩过程的损,进一步降低液化功耗是重要的研究方向。

Abstract: Simulations and exergy analysis of a double-stage mixture refrigerant (DMR) cycle of liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant was carried out. The flow process not only has relative high energy efficient, but also decreases the vapor-liquid separation process, which simplify the operations of the plant. Exergy analysis indicates that the compression process is the main part in the while exergy loss, which acount for about 65.59%. The exergy losses of heat transfer process in the cold box only acount for about 19.51% which dues to the minor temperature differences. Besides, J-T process contribute 14.9% of the exergy losses. How to reduce the exergy losses during the compression process is the problem needed to be research.
