重型刮板输送机顺序启动问题的探讨

摘 要: 研究刮板输送机的顺序启动问题,即机头与机尾先后分开启动。从刮板链条的粘弹性入手,建立刮板链条的粘弹性模型和刮板输送机顺序启动的动力学有限元模型,推导出模型的动力学方程。通过仿真研究刮板输送机顺序启动对链条动张力的影响,得出机头机尾顺序启动对降低链条的动张力有很大作用的结论。

Abstract: The paper researched the problem of sequence start-up of scraper conveyor’s head and tail. It established the viscoelastic model of scraper chain and the dynamic finite element model of scraper conveyer sequence start-up based on the viscoelastic properties of scraper chain and derived the dynamic equation. Then, an example of scraper conveyer sequence start-up affecting on the tension of the chain was simulated. Analysis showed that the conveyor head and tail sequence start-up had great impact on the dynamic tension.
