1-(2,4,6-三甲基)苯基-3-二环己基膦茚四氟硼酸盐的合成

摘 要: | 1-(2,4,6-三甲基)苯基茚与丁基锂反应生成阴离子,此阴离子与二环己基氯化膦进行位置专一性反应生成1-(2,4,6-三甲基)苯基-3-二环己基膦茚,此配体与四氟硼酸反应生成可在空气中稳定存在的1-(2,4,6-三甲基)苯基-3-二环己基膦茚四氟硼酸盐,所得化合物经1H NMR, 13C NMR, 31P NMR表征,并经X射线单晶衍射确认。 |

Abstract: | Synthesis of 3-[1-(2,4,6-trimethyl)phenyl]indenyl-dicyclohexylphosphoium tetrafluoroborate deprotonation of 1-(2,4,6-trimethyl)phenyl indene by BuLi and trapping of the lithiated intermediate by Cy2PCl afforded regiospecific 3-[1-(2,4,6-trimethyl)phenyl]indenyl-dicyclohexylphosphine as the product, this phosphineligand react with tetrafluoroborate acid give the air stable 3-[1-(2,4,6-trimethyl)phenyl]indenyl-dicyclohexylphosphoium tetrafluoroborate. The product has been fully characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystal diffraction techniques. |
