SBA-15担载极低载量过渡金属催化剂上乙烷选择氧化的研究

摘 要: | 用等体积浸渍法制备SBA-15介孔分子筛担载极低载量的系列过渡金属氧化物催化剂,使用氮气吸附、小角X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)和紫外激光拉曼光谱对这些催化剂的结构进行表征,并评价这些催化剂对乙烷选择氧化的活性与选择性。实验结果表明:在对乙烷分子氧选择氧化催化反应中,具有相对稳定的全充满、半充满或无d电子表面离子结构的Zn/SBA-15,Fe/SBA-15和V/SBA-15催化剂对醛类含氧化合物的选择性较高。 |

Abstract: | A series of SBA-15 mesoporous zeolite-supported transitional metal oxide catalysts with low loading amount of additives were prepared by the method of incipient-wet impregnation. The structures of the catalysts were characterized by using the techniques of N2 adsorption, low angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-Raman spectroscopy, and their catalytic performances for the selective oxidation of ethane were investigated. The results demonstrated that for the Zn/SBA-15, Fe/SBA-15 and V/SBA-15 catalysts, the stable ion configuration structures with d-orbitals fully occupied or half occupied or empty are good for the selective oxidation of ethane to aldehydes. |
