不同催化剂对霍林河褐煤热解产物收率的影响

摘 要: | 利用格金低温干馏炉研究4种催化剂CaO, MgO, K2CO3和Na2CO3在不同添加量条件下对内蒙古霍林河褐煤热解产物收率的影响,并分别对添加CaO, K2CO3的原煤半焦进行红外分析。结果表明:碱土金属氧化物CaO和MgO的添加可以提高半焦收率、降低焦油收率,而碱金属碳酸盐K2CO3和Na2CO3的添加可以提高煤气收率、降低焦油和半焦收率;由半焦红外分析可知CaO可能以碳酸盐的形式存在半焦中。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, the effect of the addition of catalysts CaO, MgO, K2CO3 and Na2CO3 in different rations on the yield of catalytic pyrolysis products of Huolinhe lignite were estimated by Gray-King (G-K) low temperature experimental oven and the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis of char with the addition of CaO, K2CO3 was separately carried out. The results show that the addition of CaO and MgO can increase the char yield and reduce the tar yield, while K2CO3 and Na2CO3 can increase the gas yield and reduce the tar and semi-coke yield. The FTIR analysis of the char indicates that CaO may remain in the semi-coke in the form of carbonate. |
