中美工商管理教育发展根据与途径对比研究

摘 要: 中美工商管理教育的发展根据反映在各自的演进过程之中。研究发现:美国工商管理教育根源于市场推动,与市场发展充分适应、紧密一体,中国工商管理教育比较多地面向政府,与市场有一定距离,显示出引进消化和探索发展的痕迹。中美工商管理教育实现途径表现在一些共时的教学安排上,既包括宏观的培养目标要求和学科专业分类,也包括微观的具体专业设置。比较发现,中美工商管理教育的现实途径大体相同或显示出趋同的走势。研究认为:现实情况下的中国工商管理教育,在教学理论和办学模式方面,要倡导市场导向;在专业设置和课程设计方面,要倡导实用导向;在教学方式方法方面,要体现参与导向;在师资队伍建设方面,要体现实践导向。

Abstract: The development reasons of China-US business management education reflected in their own practice course. The U S business management education is promoted by and adapted to market, while Chinese business management education is promoted by government. The Chinese business management education is government-oriented, with a certain distance from the market. The implementation of the China-US business management education reflected in the same way of teaching arrangements, including training objectives, subject classification, and professional settings. This paper argues that, Chinese business management education should reflect market-oriented in teaching theory and education programs, reflect practicality in the professional setting and curriculum design, reflect participation in teaching methods, reflect practice in the construction of teaching staff.
