事业单位内部审计人员非任务绩效评价探析

摘 要: 针对我国事业单位内部审计人员绩效管理中存在的问题,将其整体绩效细分为任务绩效与非任务绩效,结合绩效管理基本理论、层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)及模糊数学理论进行研究,并根据事业单位内部审计人员的工作特点,提出基于模糊综合评价的事业单位内部审计人员非任务绩效考评模型。分析证明:基于AHP及模糊综合评价的事业单位内部审计人员非任务绩效考评,是对其绩效管理的有效方法。

Abstract: In view of the performance management situation of internal auditor of the public institution administration in China,this paper divided the whole performance into task performance and non-task performance. Based on the basic theories of performance management, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and fuzzy mathematics,and according to the working characteristics of internal auditor non-task performance of public institution, this paper presents a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on internal auditor non-task performance of public institution. Analysis results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is an effective tool for internal auditor non-task performance of public institution.
