战略联盟信任影响因素实证研究

摘 要: 基于交易费用经济学理论,以江苏省的战略联盟企业为调查样本,分析战略联盟信任的影响因素(企业声誉、社会网络有效性、契约完备性、违约可裁性、专用性资产和沟通),同时探讨战略联盟信任与联盟绩效的关系。研究发现:良好的企业声誉、社会网络有效性和沟通程度有利于增强战略联盟伙伴企业间的信任,进而改善战略联盟的绩效。

Abstract: Based on the transaction-cost economics theory, this research investigates strategic alliance firms in Jiangsu province, analyzes the fators of trust in strategic alliance (enterprise fame, social network efficiency, use of contract, punishment of contract, special assets and communication), and discusses the relationship between strategic alliance trust and alliance performance. The results show that better enterprise fame, social network efficiency and communication can enhance partners’ trust, consequently improving alliance performance.
