胰岛素泵及泵用胰岛素研究进展

| 摘 要： | 介绍胰岛素泵及与之相配合的泵用胰岛素的使用现状和研究进展。持续皮下胰岛素输注（continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion，CSII）相较于其他给药途径在糖尿病治疗方面具有明显的优越性。分析该技术的临床问题和难点、胰岛素泵闭环式系统的发展趋势、泵用胰岛素的开发要点，并总结其发展方向和市场前景。 |

| Abstract： | This paper summarizes the progresses on insulin pump and insulin analogues or formulations used in the pump therapy. Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) has shown obvious advantages compared to other methods of administration. Clinical problems and technique bottlenecks of this method, development trends of insulin pump closed-loop system and main features of insulin used by pump are analyzed, its future trends are also provided. |
