分枝杆菌Erp蛋白的生物信息学分析

摘 要: 目的:对分枝杆菌直系同源蛋白Erp进行生物信息学分析。方法:以相关数据库为基础,利用各种生物学软件,对分枝杆菌属11种直系同源蛋白Erp氨基酸序列进行分析,并对Erp蛋白免疫学功能进行预测和分析。结果:结核分枝杆菌直系同源蛋白Erp有信号肽,属于分泌型蛋白,参与细胞外膜的构建以及物质转运,抗原表位预测Erp蛋白B细胞优势抗原表位集中于N端,T细胞优势抗原表位较分散。结论:分枝杆菌Erp是一种功能蛋白,在免疫调控等方面发挥重要作用。

Title: Bioinformatics analysis of Erp from Mycobacteria

Abstract: Objective: This study aimed to conduct bioinformatics analysis of the Erp orthologues from Mycobacteria. Methods: The amino acid sequences of the 11 species of Erp from Mycobacteria were analyzed with related compute software tools, and the immune function of Erp was determined and predicted on the basis of the protein database. Results: The Erp belonged to secrete protein with signal peptide took part in the establishment of cell envelope and transport and binding. Prediction of Erp antigen epitope showed the B cell predominant epitopes anchored on N terminal, while the distribution of T cell predominant epitopes was dispersed. Conclusion: Erp from Mycobacteria is a functional protein and plays important role in the immune regulation.
