弦支穹顶结构索撑节点预应力损失计算方法

摘 要: | 准确获取预应力张拉过程中的预应力损失,是弦支穹顶结构施工控制的关键环节。为研究张拉过程中的摩擦损失对结构预应力损失的影响,对弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉过程中索撑节点摩擦引起预应力损失的力学机理进行研究,在此基础上引用预应力混凝土孔道摩擦理论,结合弦支穹顶结构预应力张拉过程的特点,推导出预应力摩擦损失简化计算公式;针对某实际大跨度弦支穹顶结构,应用所提公式计算张拉过程中的预应力摩擦损失,分析结果验证了该简化计算公式在实际工程运用中的正确性和有效性。 |

Abstract: | Calculating the pre-stress loss of cables in cable-strut joints accurately is a crucial step of construction control for suspend-domes. In order to study the pre-stress loss caused by friction of cable-strut joints, characteristics of cable-strut joints are investigated in this paper, and the pre-stress losing mechanism during pre-tension is investigated. Using the porthole friction theory in pre-stressed concrete structures, combined with the characteristics of the cable-strut joints, a formula for evaluating the pre-stress loss in cable�strut joints of the suspend-domes is developed. Then adopting the formula, the pre-stress loss of an actual suspend-dome is evaluated and the results show that the method is correct and effective. |
