自卸车倾翻机构的创新设计

摘 要: 提供一种采用单液压缸驱动车厢举升同时实现车厢侧门联动打开的新型自卸车倾翻机构的设计构想。方案中倾翻机构采用平面连杆机构的四杆联动机构,通过车厢举升带动摇杆作为驱动杆件,从而使连杆实现90°的翻转。然后利用连杆与车门构成的平行四边形机构,通过连杆的运动驱动车厢侧门打开,实现自卸车的卸货。该倾翻机构原理及结构简单,为自卸车的设计提供了一种新的思路。

Title: Innovative design of a tipping institution for self-tipping wagon

Abstract: This paper has provided a new idea of a tipping institution for self-tipping wagon so that while a hydraulic cylinder is driving the wagon lifting, the door of compartment is opening. In this idea the tipping institution adopts a planar 4-linkage mechanism, through a rod which drives the lift of the wagon, thus realizing a 90-degree turn of the connecting rod. And with the use of a parallelogram linkage consisting of the connecting rod and the door, the rotation of the connecting rod drives the door opening, realizing the unloading of the tipper. The tipping institution is simple in structure and principle, and provides a new design idea of tipper.
