甘肃产马先蒿属植物的菌根形态学研究

摘 要: | 采用传统染色检测的方法,对甘肃产13种马先蒿属(Pedicularis)植物菌根侵染率进行测定。结果表明:所调查的13种马先蒿属植物均可形成菌根共生体,并有6种马先蒿属植物可以同时被两类菌根真菌侵染:暗色有隔真菌(dark septate endophytes, DSE)及丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)。所调查马先蒿属植物的AMF侵染水平、DSE侵染水平、总侵染水平以及AMF/DSE的比值大小都存在着明显的种间差异性。这些结果说明,在马先蒿属植物人工培育过程中在优化宿主植物的同时也应该充分考虑到AMF及DSE重要的生理生态功能。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, mycorrhizal fungal colonization in 13 species of Pedicularis L. from Gansu Province was determined. The results revealed that: all 13 species of Pedicularis L are colonized by mycorrhizal fungi, and both mycorrhizal fungal, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and dark septate endophytes (DSE), are co-existed in the root system of 6 species of Pedicularis L. Significant differences of AMF, DSE, total colonization and AMF∶DSE ratio are existed between species of Pedicularis L. Above results suggest that the potential role of AMF and DSE should be considered in artificial cultivation of Pedicularis L except for host-plant. |
