种子扩散模型的比较研究

摘 要: 在总结前人发展的关于种子扩散不同现象模型以及机理模型的基础上,进一步选择Clark’s 2Dt模型深入分析不同的尺度参数u和形状参数p对种子扩散概率的影响,同时在一定假设条件下研究后代种子数不同对两物种共存时间的影响。结果表明:在完全随机的情况下,当两物种扩散方式完全相同时,两物种产生的后代数越多,一种物种需要更多的时间完全排除另一物种;当两物种都只产生一个后代时,扩散方式的差异被完全随机的机制掩盖,对共存时间的影响不大。

Abstract: Based on summarizing the phenomenological model and mechanistic model used by most ecologists to describe seed dispersal, the effect of scale parameter u and shape parameter p on seed dispersal is analyzed using Clark’s 2Dt model. The influence of different amount of descendant seeds on coexistence time of two species is found through simulation. The results show that it takes one species much more time to get rid of the other when they have more descendant seeds and have the same dispersal pattern under completely random condition. But when they have only one descendant seed, the coexistence time will be almost the same even they've different seed dispersal patterns.
