吡啶磺酸硫酸氢盐离子液体催化菜籽油制备生物柴油

摘 要: 合成吡啶丙烷磺酸硫酸氢盐([PSPy]HSO4)和吡啶丁烷磺酸硫酸氢盐([BSPy]HSO4)2种离子液体(ionic liquids, ILs)。以乙腈为红外探针分子,研究其酸类型,并比较其酸强度。以均匀设计实验考察反应时间、温度、醇油比及催化剂用量对酯交换反应的影响。结果表明:2种离子液体均为Br錙nsted酸,其中以[PSPy]HSO4的催化酯交换活性较高。在65℃,当醇油比为36∶1,催化剂用量为1%(质量百分比)时,反应24 h,油酸甲酯产率可达86.91%,重复使用5次,[PSPy]HSO4离子液体仍显示出良好的催化活性。

Title: Synthesis of biodiesel catalyzed by sulfonic acid pyridinium hydrosulfate ionic liquids

Abstract: Two acid ionic liquids ([PSPy]HSO4 and [BSPy]HSO4) with a hydrogen sulfate acid group and a sulfonic acid group were synthesized. Their acidity were studied. Their application in transesterification were expiored. Transesterification was studied utilizing triolein and methanol. Effects of ionic liquids dosage, mole ratio of methanol to oil and reaction temperature on transesterification and stability of ionic liquids were investigated, and optimal reaction condition was elected. The experimental results showed that the two ionic liquids are both Br錙nsted acids, and [PSPy]HSO4 was the better catalyst of acidic ionic liquid in transesterification. Under optimal transesterification conditions: n(methanol)∶n(oil)=36∶1, w(oil)∶w([PSPy]HSO4) =1∶0.01, temperature 65℃ and time 24 h, mass fraction of oleic acid methyl ester could reach more than 86.91%. The ionic liquids were stable and could be reused. Even if ionic liquid was reused beyond 5 times, the conversion of transesterification was not decreased.
