EBZ350纵轴式硬岩掘进机总体方案及行走机构设计

摘 要: 参照相应国家行业标准,结合已有悬臂式掘进机资料,并根据其发展现状,对EBZ350特重型纵轴硬岩悬臂式掘进机进行总体方案及其行走机构的初步自主设计,包括机构总体设计、布置与参数计算、校核、选择等。同时使用野火软件进行总体方案建模,并对行走机构的改进进行初探,明确进一步设计的方向和多段式履带行走机构应用在悬臂式掘进机上的设计思路。设计中考虑增大纵轴式悬臂掘进机稳定程度、可靠性和总体性能。绘制完成该掘进机总体方案设计图、行走机构设计图、履带驱动链轮工程图,为新型悬臂掘进机的设计提供参考。

Abstract: According to the national industry standards, the existing information, the development situation, preliminary independent, this paper designs the overall solution and travelling mechanism of the EBZ350 extra-heavy duty type direct-axis hard rock boom-type roadheader, including the overall design and arrangement of institution, parameter calculation, checking, selection, etc. Meanwhile, Pro/ENGINEER Wildlife software is used for overall scheme modeling, and the improvement of traveling mechanism is initially explored. The design philosophy of the adhibition of the many parts caterpillar track traveling mechanism in the boom-type road header and the direction of the further design are clarified.Take into account that the enlargement of degree of stability, reliability and overall performance of the direct-axis boom-type roadheader in design. The design drawing of the aggregate project of the roadheader and the traveling mechanism and the schedule drawing of track sprocket provide some reference for the design of the new type boom-type roadheader.
