腺病毒载体系统在HIV疫苗研究中的应用

摘 要: | 总结了研发艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)疫苗的障碍和腺病毒(adenoviruses,Ad)载体的优点及其在HIV/猴免疫缺陷病毒(simian immundeficiency virus, SIV)疫苗研究中的进展。同时,通过对Merck公司临床ⅡB期试验失利的原因进行分析得出结论:联合腺病毒载体疫苗等新策略值得进一步探索。 |

Abstract: | This paper summarizes the impediments to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) vaccines, advantages of adenovirus(Ad)-based vectors and progress on HIV/simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) vaccines. Also, this review concludes from reasons for failure of Merck Phase ⅡB trial that new strategies such as adenovirus-based vaccines associated with other vaccines are worth being explored. |
