检测柔性肠道压力的生物反馈传感器研制

摘 要: 设计了一种可以检测柔性肠道压力的生物反馈传感器,并分析这种生物反馈传感器的结构及其特性。采用硅压阻式压力传感器,用特定的封装结构将传感器封装在密闭的囊袋内,通过外科手术将囊袋安装在结肠末端,结肠作用在囊袋上的压力传导至硅压阻式压力传感器。该生物传感器能够实时检测肠道压力,微型单片机实时地采集该压力值,通过无线通讯方式发送至体外,体外接收器实时显示压力大小,患者能够实时掌握结肠内压力值大小,弥补直肠和肛管“感知”功能。实验结果证明:该生物反馈压力传感器具有非常良好的线性特性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a bionic feedback sensor for detecting pressure of live flexible anal canal. The structure and the characteristics of this type of sensor are also discussed thoroughly. A silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is used in this type of sensor. This type of sensor is packaged into a special form and fixed into a cuff. The cuff is enclosing the end of the anal canal. The pressure of the anal canal is transmitted to the bionic feedback sensor in the cuff. The sensor can detect the pressure of the anal canal. A microcontrol unit (MCU) is used to sample the pressure detected by the sensor in real time. The value of the pressure is transmitted outside through wireless transmission. A receiver can receive the value and display the value in real time. The patient can know the pressure. This can rehabilitate the function of the feeling from the anal canal. The results of experiments prove that the bionic feedback sensor has excellent linear property.
