病原真菌Fusarium solani代谢产物对西洋参种子萌发的影响研究

摘 要: 为揭示病原真菌与西洋参的内在化学关系,解决栽培中西洋参病害严重和连作障碍等问题,研究西洋参根腐病的常见、多发病菌茄病镰刀菌[Fusarium solani (Mart.) App. et Wollenw]的代谢产物对西洋参种子萌发的影响。采用固体发酵法对茄病镰刀菌进行发酵培养,用有机溶剂提取其代谢产物,西洋参种子发芽抑制试验测定茄病镰刀菌代谢物的毒性。结果表明:茄病镰刀菌固体发酵产物对西洋参种子胚根的生长有明显抑制作用,并呈现浓度依赖性,主要抑制活性产物集中在石油醚萃取部位。茄病镰刀菌对西洋参有明显潜在的化感作用。

Title: Effect of metabolites of Fusarium solani toxins on seed germination of American ginseng

Abstract: To reveal the chemical relationship between American ginseng and it’s pathogenic fungi and solve the problems of serious disease and replanting difficulty of american ginseng, the paper studies the effects of metabolites of Fusarium solani toxins on the seed germination of american ginseng. The metabolites of F. solani were fermented using solid fermentation and extracted by organic solvent extraction, and bioassays were performed by american ginseng seed germination inhibition test. There was significant inhibition effect of the solid fermentation products of F. solani on radicle growth of american ginseng seeds in a concentration-dependent manner, and the main products of inhibitory activity concentrated in the petroleum ether extraction site. There was significant potential allelopathic effects of F. solani on American ginseng.
