铁基离子液体催化氧化SO2研究

摘 要: 以铁基离子液体(Fe-based ionic liquid, Fe-based IL, BmimFexCly)为催化剂,与乙醇和水组成三元脱硫体系,对其催化氧化脱除SO2工艺进行初步研究。考察脱硫液组成和pH值、SO2气体的流量和浓度,及反应温度和氧气对脱硫效率的影响。实验结果表明:在脱硫液组成为[BmimFexCly∶H2O∶C2H5OH(体积比)]1∶1.5∶3,pH值为2.0,SO2气体流量150 mL/min及浓度为0.227%,反应温度40℃,氧气浓度为10%时,脱硫效率可达95%以上。此脱硫工艺可通过加热从脱硫液中分离乙醇,存在于水相的硫酸产物与铁基离子液体催化剂发生相分离,因而在达到分离产物的同时,催化剂可循环利用。因此,该脱硫工艺是一种绿色的SO2去除新工艺。

Title: A new wet desulfurization technology of SO2 with application of Fe-based ionic liquid

Abstract: A ternary system containing ethanol, water and Fe-based ionic liquid (Fe-based IL, BmimFexCly) as desulfurizing agent was prepared to investigate its catalytic property on removal of SO2 in this work. The Fe-based IL was treated as catalyst in this system, while alcohol was used to solubilize Fe-based ionic liquid and water to form a homogeneous aqueous desulfurizing solution. Some major operation parameters were studied to explore the optimal desulfurization technology. The results indicate that a desulfurization process with 95% desulfurization efficiency could be carried out with a desulfurization liquid of BmimFexCly∶H2O∶C2H5OH by 1∶1.5∶3 (volume ratio) at pH 2.0, 0.227% SO2 at 150 mL/min, and 10% O2 at 40℃. The H2SO4 product and the catalyst BmimFexCly could be separated and recovered by heating to remove ethanol from the ternary system. So this is a green desulfurization technology without secondary pollution due to loss of catalyst.
