接种调控易水解固体废物厌氧甲烷化

摘 要: 固体废物的厌氧消化过程中,易产生因有机酸积累而导致的有机物降解率和甲烷转化效率降低现象。考察不同的接种比与接种方式对蔬菜废物厌氧消化过程中水解效率和产甲烷过程的影响,以确定适宜的接种策略。设置0,2%,5%,10%,25%和50%(接种污泥占总反应物料的干基比例)6个不同的接种比,将物料与接种污泥完全混合进行比较。同时,在确定接种比为5%时,采用水解相和甲烷相分离的方式,比较物料与接种污泥分离程度不同时的运行效果。研究发现:完全混合的单相反应器中无法启动产甲烷化过程,两相分离的方式可以激活甲烷菌的活性。两相分离的接种方式中,蔬菜废物与接种污泥分离程度越高,甲烷相中产甲烷菌活性越高。

Title: Effect of inoculation on anaerobic methanogenesis of easily biodegradable biowaste

Abstract: Aiming at assessing the effect of inoculation on the methanogenesis of easily degradable waste, the present work evaluated different inoculation ratio (0, 2%, 5%, 10%, 25% and 50%, the ratio of inoculum VS to the total materials VS in dry basis) in one-stage digestor and different inoculation methods at a fixed inoculation ratio of 5% in two-stages digestors. Results show that a complete mixing one-stage digestor was hard to initiate methanogenesis, owing to the serious acid accumulation. Comparatively, the separation of acid phase and methanogenesis phase in digestors was useful for the start-up of methanogenesis. Higher separation level could enhance the methanogenic activity.
