主成分分析法在煤矿塌陷水域水质评价的应用

摘 要: 运用主成分分析(principal component analysis, PCA)法对淮南潘集杨庄塌陷水域2011年4月份的水质进行评价。选取化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand, COD),高锰酸盐指数,总磷,总氮,氨氮,硝酸盐氮,Cd,Cr6+,Zn,Pb,Cu等11个指标进行主成分分析,借助统计分析软件SPSS和矩阵计算软件Matlab,使计算结果更加精确、可靠。综合评价函数得分结果表明:杨庄塌陷水域4月份水质状况处于Ⅲ类~Ⅳ类之间,以Ⅲ类水质为主,主要受到总磷、总氮、硝酸盐氮与重金属Pb的污染,这与塌陷水域的实际情况相吻合。证实PCA方法能够真实、客观、准确地评价水体的现实状况,是一种有效的水质评价方法。定期对塌陷水域水质进行综合评价,可以帮助相关部门及时撑握水体水质状况,为保护和开发塌陷水域水体提供基础资料。

Abstract: This paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) method to evaluate the quality of the coal mining subsided water at Yangzhuang in April, 2011 by selecting eleven indicators including chemical oxygen demand (COD), permanganate index, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, Cd, Cr6+, Zn, Pb, Cu, and using SPSS software and Matlab software to make the result of the data analysis more accurate and reliable. The comprehensive evaluation results show that the quality of the subsided water is between Ⅲ and Ⅳ class at Yangzhuang, and is mainly in the Ⅲ class; this subsided water is mainly polluted by total phosphorus, total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, and Pb, which coincides with the actual situation of the subsided water. It confirms that the principal component analysis is an effective method to evaluate the water’s realistic situation with reliability, objectivity and accuracy. The quality of subsided water is evaluated at regular intervals, which can help the relevant authority timely master the water conditions, and provide basic data in order to protect or exploit the subsided water.
