非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定芦荟中的锰

摘 要: 传统植物样品预处理方法存在耗时较长和易造成元素挥发损失等缺陷,为避免上述不足,将非完全消解法应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法成功测定芦荟样品中的锰元素。在低温条件下,用高氯酸-硝酸混合酸(体积比为3∶1)处理芦荟干样,初步消解完成后加入TX-100均化初步消解过程中产生的油脂,得到淡黄色、均匀、稳定的消解液。对非完全消解法的最优消解条件、待测离子干扰、基体影响等方面进行了研究。该方法的加标回收率为94.41%~102.60%、测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.318%. 该方法的测定结果与干灰化法一致,相对标准误差小于3.02%,与传统处理方法相比,非完全消解法处理快速且结果准确。

Title: Determination of manganese in aloe by incomplete digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry

Abstract: Traditional methods for plant sample preparation are time-consuming and easy to cause losses of volatile elements. In order to avoid these shortcomings, the incomplete digestion was used successfully to flame atomic absorption spectrometry for determining the content of manganese in the aloe. At low temperatures, the dry aloe sample was digested in mixed acid of HClO4∶HNO3=3∶1 (volume ratio); after initial digestion, the fats generated in the process of the initial digestion were dissolved by adding TX-100; and the obtained digestion solution was light yellow, uniform and stable. The optimal conditions, chemical interference and background absorption interference of the incomplete digestion were studied. The recovery of standard addition of this method was 94.41%-102.6%, the relative standard deviation was 3.318%, and the relative standard error was less than 3.02% compared with the dry ash method. The incomplete digestion was fast and accurate compared to the traditional processing methods.
