北京地区表层沉积物中多溴联苯醚含量特征及其生态风险

摘 要: 为了解北京地区地表水表层沉积物中多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers, PBDEs)的含量特征及其生态风险,使用抓斗式采样器从北京不同地点采集了9个表层沉积物样,并对其理化性质和PBDEs含量进行测定。结果显示:14种PBDEs(ΣPBDE14)的总量范围为7.97~131.64 ng/g,其中沉积物中PBDEs含量与有机质含量成正相关关系。根据美国环境保护局(Environmental Protection Agency, EPA)的毒物风险评价外推方法计算的PBDEs生态风险商值均小于1,表明暂无生态风险。

Title: Concentration characteristics of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in the surface sediments of Beijing area and their ecological risk

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the concentrations of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in the surface sediment of surface water in Beijing area and to assess its ecological risk. Nine samples of sediments from different places of Beijing was sampled via a bucket sampler. Physichemical properties and PBDEs concentrations of the sediments were analyzed. The results showed that the total concentrations of 14 PBDEs (ΣPBDE14) ranged from 7.97 to 131.64 ng/g. There was positive correlation between the concentrations of PBDEs and the contents of organic matters. By extrapolating the toxicant risk assessment method of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the calculated ecological risk quotients of PBDEs were all less than 1, indicating there was no ecological risk currently.
