Cu-V/Ti-PILCs催化氧化烟气NO

摘 要: 将Cu与V氧化物负载在等体积浸渍法制备的钛交联粘土(TiO2-pillared clay, Ti-PILCs)的载体上,得到烟气NO氧化催化剂(Cu-V/Ti-PILCs),考察各种制备条件下催化剂的活性及稳定性。结果显示:当V水/V丙酮=1∶2,负载4% CuO和2% V2O5,并在500℃煅烧时制得Cu-V/Ti-PILCs催化剂,且NO浓度为350 mg/m3,O2体积分数10%,N2平衡气,空速12 000 h-1时,NO的氧化度可以达到48%,并在含7.3%(体积分数)和700 mg/m3 SO2的模拟烟气中,稳定活性10 h以上,初步显示其耐硫、水中毒性能良好。

Title: Preparation and stability of Cu/V exchanged TiO2-pillared clay for oxidization of NO in flue gas

Abstract: Cu/V exchanged TiO2-pillared clays (Cu-V/Ti-PILCs) for catalytic oxidization of NO in flue gas was prepared by volumetric dipping. Catalytic activity and stability to SO2 and H2O poisoning were investigated. Experimental results showed that Cu-V/Ti-PILCs catalysts prepared at the conditions Vwater/Vacetone=1∶2, 4% CuO load, 2% V2O5 load, and 500℃ of calcination temperature had reached 48% NO conversion under reaction conditions of 350 mg/m3 NO, 10% O2 volume fraction, N2 balance, and superficial space velocity 12 000 h-1. It maintained activity more than 10 hours with 7.3%volume fraction water vapor and 700 mg/m3 SO2 in the feed gas, showing a good resistibility to SO2 and H2O poisoning.
