蜂窝状Y-ZSM-5复合型分子筛对苯的吸附性能

摘 要: | 采用高温水蒸汽处理及酸洗的方法将蜂窝状Y-ZSM-5复合分子筛进行疏水改性,对改性后的蜂窝分子筛进行苯吸/脱附实验,考察相对湿度(relative humidity,RH)、床层高度对穿透性能的影响,并利用希洛夫方程对床层饱和吸附量和吸附速率常数进行计算。结果表明:气流相对湿度由0提高到80%,穿透时间缩短65.4%,达平衡时间缩短58.8%;9 cm以下床层可瞬间透过,10 cm以上床层具备超过50 min有效工作时间,床层高度增加不影响穿透曲线的形状。 |

Abstract: | By using high temperature steam treatment and pickling method, honeycomb-shaped Y-ZSM-5 compound zeolite adsorbent was hydrophobically modified and it’s adsorption-desorption of benzene was investigated. The influence of the relative humidity (RH) and the bed height on breakthrough curve was researched. Shilov equation was used for calculating the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate constant. The results showed that: when air relative humidity increased from 0 to 80%, the breakthrough time and equilibrium time were respectively shortened by 65.4% and 58.8%; the bed height under 9 cm was instantaneous penetrated, while it could work effectively with more than 50 min at more than 10 cm bed height; the bed height increase didn’t change the shape of breakthrough curve. |
