炭砂滤池的活性炭滤料选型

摘 要: 炭砂滤池因反冲洗频繁及滤料为双层滤料,所以在选型时要重点考虑活性炭滤料的磨损特性和反冲洗特性。试验考察3种8×30目煤质破碎活性炭在长期运行期间所表现出的过滤特性、水反冲洗特性和气水反冲洗的磨损特性,并结合其强度、亚甲蓝值和碘值的检验结果,确定适用于炭砂滤池的活性炭选型。

Abstract: Because of frequent backwashing and double-layer filters, the abrasion characteristics and backwashing characteristics are the key points during activated carbon selection in GAC-sand filters. The filtration characteristics, backwashing characteristics, abrasion characteristics on the condition of air-water backwashing, mechanical strength and absorption capacity of the three kinds of coal based breaking activated carbon with the mesh number between 8 and 30 were measured during experiments. According to the experiment results, the appropriate type was chosen.
