深部煤层巷道预应力锚杆-锚索支护协调性数值模拟研究

摘 要: 结合平煤股份十一矿工程地质条件,利用ANSYS软件对锚杆-锚索支护参数进行数值模拟,得出合理的支护参数,从而达到最佳支护效果;最后探讨了锚杆、锚索的预应力和间排距对巷道围岩稳定性的影响。得出结论:随着锚杆预应力的增大,巷道各部位的变形呈减小趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚杆预应力值呈线性关系;随着锚索预应力的增大,顶板变形相应减小,巷道其余部位的变形呈增大趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚索预应力值呈线性关系;随着锚杆间排距的增加,底板变形先增大后减小,巷道其余部位的变形均呈增大趋势,且巷道各部位变形量与锚索预应力值呈抛物线关系。

Abstract: Combining with the engineering geological characteristics of Pingmei AG 11th Coal Mine, numerical simulation for different schemes of bolt-anchor is carried out by ANSYS, reasonable parameters are found. Thereby, the best supporting effect is achieved. Finally, the effects of bolt and anchor’s pretension and inter-row spacing on the stability of surrounding rocks are discussed. It is concluded that with the increasing of bolt’s pretension, the deformation of each part in the roadway is decreased. Furthermore, the deformation of each part has a linear relationship with the bolt’s pretension. With the increasing of anchor’s pretension, the deformation of the roof is decreased, but that of other parts in the roadway is increased, also, the deformation of each part has a linear relationship with the anchor’s pretension. With the increasing of bolt’s inter-row spacing, the deformation of the bottom is increased first and decreased later, and that of other parts is increased, moreover, the deformation of each part has a parabola relation with the anchor’s pretension.
