非均质土壤中病菌迁移的计算分析

摘 要: 为研究土层非均匀性对病菌迁移过程的影响,通过求解基于对流-扩散方程并同时考虑病菌生长、死亡和吸附过程的病菌在土壤中迁移的数学模型,分别计算非均匀流场中病菌在不同土层深度中的浓度分布和不同模型参数条件下的大肠杆菌残留浓度随时间的变化。计算分析结果表明:病菌在土层中迁移时的浓度受到流场非均匀性影响较大,而模型参数对病菌残余浓度的预测也有较大影响。

Abstract: To evaluate the influence of the soil heterogeneity on the pathogen transport, a convection-dispersion equation considering adsorption, degradation, and production of pathogen in soil is solved to obtain the distribution of pathogen in heterogeneous flow field and the concentration of E. coli in discharges of soil column using different parameters. The simulated results show that the heterogeneity of flow field can greatly impact the process of pathogen transport, meanwhile, the model parameters have an important role in predicting the concentration of pathogen in soil.
