毛细管X射线光学器件及应用

摘 要: 毛细管X射线光学器件作为一种新兴的X射线光学元件,在近二十几年发展起来。期间,毛细管X射线光学器件发展迅速,它既可以应用于实验室光源,也可以用于同步辐射光源,在X射线领域内已占据重要地位。利用毛细管内壁的外全反射原理,实现对X射线的会聚、传导和准直,可以得到较高强度的X射线。就这种光学元件的原理、应用以及发展前景给予介绍,并对X光透镜的发展提出几点总结。

Abstract: As a new thing, capillary X-ray optical device was develpoing more than 20 years ago and has rapidly developed. Being used in laboratory source and synchrotron radiation source, it plays an extremely important role in X-ray field. It can be used for focusing, conducting and collimating X-ray based on total external reflection from the inner surface of a glass capillary. The principle, application and future of capillary X-ray optical device are presented in this paper.
