高温高压法合成六方相偏铝酸锂

摘 要: 利用高温高压法合成六方相偏铝酸锂(α-LiAlO2)多晶,并利用粉末X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)、Raman散射以及扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)对高温高压合成样品进行测量表征,获得了高质量的粉末XRD和Raman散射光谱数据。研究结果表明:在19 GPa,1 700℃ 高温高压条件下合成的六方相α-LiAlO2结晶良好,晶粒尺寸达300 μm,晶格常数精修为a=0.280 19(5) nm,c=1.421 40(8) nm,存在2个氧原子Raman激活振动模A1g(Γ)和Eg(Γ),分别位于424 cm-1和653 cm-1.

Title: Synthesis of hexagonal α-LiAlO2 under high pressure and high temperature

Abstract: Well-crystallized hexagonal lithium aluminate (α-LiAlO2) crystals were successfully synthesized under high pressure and high temperature. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman scattering and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed to study the high-pressure recovered samples. The results of the research show that the α-LiAlO2 crystals were well synthesized under 19 GPa and 1 700℃. The size of crystals of hexagonal α-LiAlO2 is up to 300 μm, the lattice parameters of hexagonal α-LiAlO2 can be refined as a=0.280 19(5) nm, c=1.421 40(8) nm, and two Raman active bands, which are assigned to the stretching A1g(Γ) and bending Eg(Γ) modes, are found to be 424 cm-1 and 653 cm-1.
