可变形蜂窝结构设计与力学分析

摘 要: | 应用梁理论推导可变形蜂窝结构在水平拉力作用下轴向形变量的解析表达式。根据设计形变量、材料弹性极限和弹性模量等要求,给出可变形蜂窝结构的一个重要设计参数——蜂窝角的合理取值范围;并和有限元结果进行对比分析。结果表明:蜂窝角的设计空间取决于材料弹性极限与弹性模量之间的比值,且解析解与有限元结果具有很好的吻合性。针对不同的设计要求,给出“相同材料实现不同形变量”、“相同蜂窝形状实现不同形变量”和“同样材料同样蜂窝角实现不同形变量”的结构设计方案。研究成果可直接为可变形蒙皮结构设计提供必要的理论依据和技术支持。 |

Abstract: | The analytic expressions of equivalent tensile strain of the morphing honeycomb are derived by the use of beam theory in this paper. The design space of honeycomb angle, which is the key parameter for morphing honeycomb, is given according to the requirements such as global strain, elastic limit and elastic modulus. The choice of honeycomb angle is very relative with the ratio of elastic limit and elastic modulus of the material which makes of morphing honeycomb. The analytic results compare very well with the finite element method (FEM) results. The structures are designed for different cases such as the different global strain with the same material, the different global strain with the same shape and the different global strain with the same material and honeycomb angle. The research results will provide useful theoretical basis and technical support for morphing skin. |
