树脂基三维编织复合材料粘弹性能分析

摘 要: 研究树脂基三维编织复合材料的粘弹性力学性能的理论预测方法。首先采用三元件固体模型模拟树脂本构,导出树脂基体材料的蠕变柔度矩阵,得出粘弹性本构方程。然后,采用蠕变混合律理论,导出单向纤维束的蠕变柔度矩阵、松弛模量矩阵和粘弹性本构方程。最后,将周期性内部单胞进一步等效分解成4种单向复合材料的叠加组合,利用蠕变混合律,推导出完整的周期性单胞的粘弹性本构方程,理论预测了三维编织复合材料的粘弹性力学响应。

Title: Study on viscoelastic behaviors of three-dimensional braided resin matrix composites

Abstract: The prediction method for the viscoelastic properties of 3D braided resin matrix composites was studied in this paper. First of all, the constitutive equation and the matrix of creep compliance of resin were derived from adoption of the solid model of three components to simulate the constitutive equation. And then the law of creep mixture was adopted to obtain the viscoelastic constitutive equation, the matrix of creep compliance and the matrix of relaxation modulus of the yarn zone. Secondly, the mesoscopic geometrical periodical unit cell was further equivalently decomposed into four kinds of yarn zones, and the complete constitutive equations were got by using the law of creep mixture. The viscoelastic mechanical response of the 3D braided composites was predicted theoretically.
