基于逆向工程的蜻蜓翅膀三维有限元模型的构建

摘 要: 采用三维数字扫描系统对蜻蜓翅膀进行三维扫描得到三维数据点云,应用逆向工程软件Geomagic对点云进行网格化处理和曲面拟合,得到蜻蜓翅膀三维曲面。利用Pro/E对三维曲面进行重构,得到包含翅脉和翅膜的完整蜻蜓翅膀模型。将该三维模型导入有限元软件ANSYS进行计算,分析蜻蜓翅膀在均布载荷作用下的应力应变分布和变形情况,并对蜻蜓翅膀进行模态分析。结果表明:采用基于逆向工程的三维有限元模型的构建方法可以高精度模拟复杂的蜻蜓翅膀结构,为数值分析提供强有力的保证。

Title: Construction of three-dimensional finite element model of the dragonfly wing based on reverse engineering

Abstract: In this paper, the three-dimensional point cloud data was obtained by scanning dragonfly wing with the three-dimensional digital scanning system and then the cloud data was meshed and surface fitted in the reverse engineering software Geomagic and the point cloud was turned into three-dimensional dragonfly wing surface model. The three-dimensional surface model was reconstructed with software Pro/E and the complete model of the dragonfly with veins and membranes was gotten. The three-dimensional model was imported into the finite element software ANSYS for calculation. The stress-strain distribution, deformation under uniform load and the nature frequency models of the dragonfly wing were analyzed in detail. Analysis shows that the method of construction of three-dimensional finite element model of the dragonfly wing based on reverse engineering can simulate the complex structure of dragonfly wing more precisely, which provides a strong guarantee for numerical analysis of dragonfly wing.
