粗糙点接触间干涉对接触性能影响的研究

摘 要: 利用ANSYS有限元软件研究粗糙点间干涉作用对接触性能的影响。通过参数化编程,把粗糙度数据通过数据文件导入到具有与粗糙度离散点编号一一对应的光滑基体模型中,然后对接触区进行有限元分析。结果表明:干涉作用会对表面应力和变形产生影响,这种影响取决于受到接触点的个数和位置。因此,把接触问题简单地分解为Hertz接触的线型叠加的统计接触模型是不合理的。此方法也可为研究粗体接触提供参考手段。

Abstract: The interference between rough points upon the contact mechanism was analyzed by using ANSYS software. By use of parametric programming, surface roughness from the data file is put into a smooth matrix model with a number of discrete points, whose node numbers are consistent with those of roughness.Then the finite element analysis for the contact region was made. Numerical results show that the interference has an influence upon the stress and deformation of the rough surface, depending on the number and position of the contact point. Therefore, it is unreasonable that rough surface contact is decomposed into linear superposition of point contact due to neglecting the above interface. The proposed method may give a reference to study rough contact mechanisms.
