自由曲面视觉测量标志点信息处理方法研究

摘 要: 提出适于自由曲面视觉测量的标志点信息处理方法,以满足三维扫描测量中对大面积物体进行全场检测的标志点拼接法的要求。标志点分为编码标志点和非编码标志点2种,这里使用基于圆形几何特性的形状因子完成标志点中心圆点的提取。提出一种基于“几何特性”的编码标志点解码方法,利用图像连通域的归一化面积及质心连线夹角等信息完成解码。实验结果表明:该方法简单,易于实现,准确度高。

Abstract: In this paper, information process of mark points was proposed for free-form surface measurement, in order to satisfy the need of 3D measurement using mark points. The mark points contain coded mark points and uncoded mark points. The proposed method calculated the centre of the mark points using some geometry characters. A geometry character based decode method was proposed, using the area and angle information of the connected areas. It is proved that the proposed method is convenient and easy to realize, also with high accuracy.
