大型振动筛动力学特性分析

摘 要: | 为保证振动筛能够高效可靠地运转,应用HyperMesh软件对某大型冷矿振动筛进行模态分析和谐响应分析,并利用OptiStruck求解器对其进行求解,得到其筛框自身的固有频率、振型和频响曲线,为设计和选用参数提供参考。结果表明:筛体的各阶固有频率都远远大于筛机的工作频率,筛机工作时不会产生共振现象,表明该筛箱的设计合理。 |

Abstract: | Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are proceeded in software HyperMesh and OptiStruck, getting the natural frequency, the main modal type of a big scale cold sinter vibrating screen and typical frequency response curve, which provide reference for designing and choosing parameters, in order to ensure the vibrating screen operate efficiently. The results show that the natural frequency is far greater than the frequency of the screen, so there will not be resonance during working and the design of the screen is proper. |
