单排四点接触球转盘轴承载荷分布研究

摘 要: 以Hertz弹性接触理论为基础,建立四点接触球轴承静力学平衡方程,利用Newton-Raphson方法进行数值求解。以典型型号转盘轴承为例,研究数值仿真多组轴承的载荷分布,并分析滚动体直径和滚动体中心圆直径对轴承载荷分布的影响规律。研究结果表明:增大滚动体中心圆直径并增加滚动体数量、减小滚动体直径并增加滚动体数量均能提高轴承承载能力,并且前者对提高轴承承载能力有更显著的作用。

Title: Research on slewing bearing load distribution of a single row four point contact ball

Abstract: Based on the Hertz elastic contact theory, static equilibrium equations on four point contact ball bearing are established which are figured out numerically by Newton-Raphson. A typical model of slewing bearing is used as a case for calculating the load distribution. The influence laws of the rolling element center circle diameter and the rolling element diameter on load distribution of single row four point contact ball slewing bearings are researched. The results show that increasing the rolling element center circle diameter and reducing the rolling element that all lead to increase the rolling element number can improve bearing carrying capacity, and the former has more pronounced effect.
