应用不等距铣刀高速铣削TC4钛合金的试验研究

摘 要: 利用自行设计的不等距铣刀对TC4(Ti6Al4V)钛合金进行高速铣削试验,对切削过程中的力、声音、加速度等信号进行测试分析,并通过极限切深试验,对比分析了等距铣刀与不等距铣刀的切削效果。试验结果表明:在合适的切削参数下,合理布局刀齿间距可以有效抑制切削振动,提高极限切深,提升切削效率。

Abstract: High speed milling experiments for TC4 (Ti6Al4V) titanium alloy using regular and variable pitch milling tools are undertaken to investigate the characteristics of cutting forces, sound pressures, acceleration signals under different cutting speeds. Meanwhile, comparisons are made to discuss the influence of regular and variable pitch milling tools on the surface finish based on experiments on maximum depth of cut. The results showed that, the effective pitch distribution can inhibit the cutting vibration, increase the maximum depth of cut, and increase cutting efficiency under the appropriate cutting parameters.
