基于X射线实时成像的钢管双面焊缝边缘提取研究

摘 要: 针对双面焊焊缝X射线实时成像具有多道焊缝边缘、高噪声、低对比度的特点,对焊缝多边缘的提取算法进行研究。首先提出X射线实时图像双面焊缝边缘提取思路,然后以列灰度波形分析法为基础,采用自适应双阈值灰度级线性变换和内边缘自动生长算法,依次对焊缝外边缘、焊缝内边缘进行拟合检测。检测结果表明:所提出的算法能够有效地实现焊缝内外边缘检出。

Abstract: Considering the characteristics of double edges, high noise and low contrast ratio in real-time X-ray images, the outer and inner weld boundary extraction algorithm is studied. Based on the grey-level profile analysis column by column, two algorithms, including grayscale linear transformation with double adaptive thresholds and inner edge automatic growing algorithm, are developed to extract inner and outer weld edges. Experiments show that the proposed method is efficient and reliable.
