机械式可控金属压力机建模和仿真分析

摘 要: 使用多领域建模语言Modelica建立可控金属压力机床的常速电机、伺服电机、多刚体机构、控制器等模型,并建立轨迹规划和运动学反解函数模块,仿真两电机的输入电流及输出转矩,使机、电、控3个领域的仿真在统一平台下完成。仿真结果显示了冲压阻力对电机控制电流和输出转矩的影响,为优化控制效果和改善压力机冲头的运动和动力特性提供了依据。

Abstract: A modeling language for multi-domain physical systems called Modelica was employed to establish simulation models for the controllable mechanical metal forming press. The models include a constant speed motor, a servo motor, a multi-body mechanism, a controller, etc. Further a trajectory planning function module and an inverse kinematics function module were also programmed. The input current and output torque of the two motors were simulated. The multi-domain simulation models combine the domains of mechanics, electrics, and control in a unified form and hence can perform simulation in a unified platform. Simulation results show that the punching resistance to the motors has an impact on control currents and output torques of the motors. The research provides the basis for optimizing control system and thus improves the dynamic characteristics of the press.
