用模拟退火法识别J-A磁滞数学模型的参数

摘 要: 提出一种识别J-A(Jiles-Atherton)磁滞数学模型参数的方法,建立测试30ZH120硅钢片磁特性的实验系统。利用爱泼斯坦方圈进行实验,并且测量一组30ZH120硅钢片的磁滞回环。研究采用该种型号硅钢片变压器的2种搭接方式,分别为30°,60°搭接和直斜搭接方式。应用Simulink仿真得到一个磁滞回环,并与实验得到的硅钢片磁滞回环进行对比,采用模拟退火(simulated annealing)法不断缩小2个回环之间的差别,最后仿真回环在一定范围内接近实验磁滞回环,得到一组能够满足实际情况的J-A磁滞数学模型参数。实验获取硅钢片不同搭接方式下的一组磁滞回环,拟合极限磁滞回环和J-A磁滞数学模型计算得到的回环。开发基于Simulink的自动识别参数平台,自动拟合实验曲线和模拟曲线,不断缩小误差,然后自动调节磁滞模型的参数,最后在合理的误差范围内,完成参数识别的过程。整个过程都是自动实现的,方便快捷。研究发现模拟退火在参数识别的过程中确实有效。

Abstract: This paper presents a method and the experimental measurement system for the identification of J-A (Jiles-Atherton) magnetic hysteresis mathematical model parameters of the 30ZH120 silicon steel sheet. The paper utilizes Epstein Square devices to process the experiment and measurement on a group of hysteresis loops of some certain transformers which use the 30ZH120 silicon steel sheet under two different lap ways. The approach relies on simulated annealing optimization method in order to minimize the error between the measured and modeled hysteresis curves and yield the best five J-A model parameters. A convenient program based on the Simulink platform is developed that can identify the J-A model parameters automatically from experimental saturated hysteresis loop which is used to model the nonlinear characteristics of the silicon steel sheet. Research shows that simulated annealing optimization method gets satisfactory results.
