一种基于串联谐振升压原理的超声波电机驱动电路

摘 要: 分析行波超声波电机的驱动机理,取得了含直流偏置的交变电压仍然可以驱动行波超声波电机的理论支持,并基于电感和电容(inductance and capacitance,LC)串联谐振的升压、选频特性和行波超声波电机的等效电路,设计了一种行波超声波电机的驱动电路。根据LC网络的幅频特性,选择电路参数,并给出实验波形,验证该驱动方法的可行性。同时,因省去了通常超声波电机驱动电路中的变压器环节,有效地减小了电路的体积。

Title: A kind of ultrasonic motor drive circuit based on series resonance

Abstract: This paper analyzed the driving mechanism of the ultrasonic motor (USM), obtained that even the AC voltage which has DC bias can also drive the USM. Based on inductance and capacitance (LC) series resonance and the USM equivalent circuit, a kind of drive circuit scheme was designed. The parameters of the circuit depend on the LC amplitude-frequency characteristics. In the end, this paper showed the experiment result in figures, which proved the feasibility of this drive circuit scheme. At the same time, this scheme eliminated the use of transformer, effectively reduced the size of circuit.
