基于LS-DYNA的采煤机截齿有限元分析

摘 要: 为进一步加深对采煤机截齿截割力的了解,为采煤机滚筒优化提供理论支持,建立某型号采煤机镐型截齿的三维模型,利用经验截割力公式,在Matlab软件绘制出随时间变化截齿所受的三向截割阻力值,并加载到截齿头部。通过有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对某型号采煤机镐型截齿进行动态应力分析,得出其实际截割过程中的应力分布规律和截齿截割煤岩时最大应力出现的时间、位置,为进一步改善截齿受力状况、截齿脱落及折损提供理论依据。

Abstract: To further deepen the understanding of the coal cutter pick cutting, and to provide theoretical support for optimization of coal cutter drum, the three-dimensional model for pick was established. Using the empirical formula of cutting, the three-way cutting resistance suffered by the pick was plotted with the Matlab software, which was loaded on the pick head. Through stress analysis of the conical pick of a coal cutter by finite element analysis software LS-DYNA, the stress distribution law in their actual cutting process was understood, and time and location is gotten when the maximum stress appearing. The results can lay the foundation by further improving the cut teeth’s stress state, falling off, and wrecking.
